The Ring with Knob pessary, available with or without a supporting membrane, is primarily

used for mild first-degree uterine prolapse, cystocele, and stress urinary incontinence.

Insertion

Flatten the ring into a narrow oval with the elevated incontinence knob aligned laterally to ease entry, lubricate the leading edge, and insert it deeply along the posterior vaginal wall. Once inside the mid-vagina, allow it to spring open and manually rotate the device so the knob points upward and sits directly beneath the urethra right behind the pubic bone, providing the exact structural sub-urethral support required to stabilize the bladder neck against stress incontinence.
