Terms of service

1. General

By registering for a wholesale account and purchasing from CareplianceAUS, you agree to these B2B Terms of Service. CareplianceAUS supplies Class IIb medical devices intended for use, prescription, or distribution by qualified healthcare professionals and clinics within Australia.

2. Wholesale Account Approval

Access to our B2B pricing portal requires an approved account. CareplianceAUS reserves the right to verify your clinic’s details, including ABN and relevant medical registrations (e.g., AHPRA), prior to granting access. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale access at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices listed in the wholesale portal are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made at the time of checkout via credit card (Stripe) unless your clinic has been pre-approved for specific net payment terms (e.g., Net 14 or Net 30 days via Xero invoicing).

  • CareplianceAUS reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing based on international supply chain and foreign exchange fluctuations. Existing paid orders will not be affected.

4. Retention of Title

Ownership and title of the goods remain with CareplianceAUS until full payment of the invoice has been received and cleared in our bank account. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified clinic address.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Carepliance AUS is a distributor of medical devices. We do not provide clinical advice. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing clinician or hospital to ensure the correct sizing, fitting, and clinical application of the pessaries and dilators for their specific patients.

6. Post-Market Surveillance & Adverse Event Reporting

As an authorized Australian distributor of Class IIb medical devices, CareplianceAUS strictly adheres to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) post-market vigilance requirements.

For Clinicians: If you experience, or are made aware of, any adverse event, product malfunction, or patient injury associated with a CareplianceAUS supplied device, you must notify us immediately at procurement@careplianceaus.com.au with the subject line "URGENT: ADVERSE EVENT".

Please include:

  • The specific product SKU and description.

  • The LOT / Batch number (found on the individual packaging).

  • A factual description of the event.

We will immediately escalate the report to the manufacturer and the official Australian Sponsor of record for TGA notification, and provide you with instructions on quarantining the affected device for investigation.
