Shipping policy

Dispatch Timelines Carepliance AUS operates as a B2B wholesale distributor. All in-stock commercial orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • All domestic wholesale orders are shipped via standard premium couriers (e.g., Australia Post Express, StarTrack, or FedEx Domestic).

  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your order.

  • We do not ship bulk commercial orders to P.O. Boxes. A valid clinic or hospital receiving address must be provided.

Tracking and Delivery Once your order is dispatched, your clinic will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. CareplianceAUS is not liable for delays caused by the courier network, but we will actively assist in tracking missing parcels.

Backorders If an item in your bulk order is temporarily out of stock, we will immediately notify your procurement team. You will have the option to receive a partial shipment of available goods or hold the order until all items are ready for dispatch.
