As a B2B distributor, we collect information necessary to fulfill commercial orders and maintain compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). This includes:

• Clinic/Business Name and ABN

• Practitioner Names and Contact Information (Email, Phone)

• Delivery and Billing Addresses

• Payment and transaction history

How We Use Your Information 

We use your information exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your wholesale orders.

• Maintain post-market surveillance and tracking logs as required by the TGA for medical device sponsors.

• Communicate with your procurement team regarding invoices, tracking, or product recalls.

• Data Security Your data is securely stored using enterprise-grade e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and encrypted payment gateways (Stripe). We do not store full credit card details on our local servers.

• Disclosure to Third Parties We will never sell your clinic's data to marketing agencies. We only share necessary details with trusted third-party partners required to run our business, such as logistics/courier companies for delivery, or to regulatory bodies (like the TGA) if legally mandated.
