Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Medical Device Specific)
At CareplianceAUS, patient safety and product integrity are our highest priorities. Due to the clinical nature of our products and strict Australian health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any medical devices if the original packaging has been opened, broken, altered, or tampered with. Once a device leaves our controlled supply chain and its packaging is breached, it is considered compromised and cannot be restocked or resold.
Defective Products or Fulfillment Errors We will happily replace or refund products if they arrive defective, damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item was dispatched.

All claims for defective or incorrect items must be reported to CareplianceAUS within 7 days of delivery.

To lodge a claim, please email procurement@careplianceaus.com.au with your Invoice Number and a photograph of the defective product/packaging.

Do not return any biohazardous or clinically used items to our warehouse. If a return is required for manufacturer investigation, we will provide specific handling and shipping instructions.
Change of Mind (Wholesale Orders) We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing ordered by the clinic once the product has been dispatched. We highly recommend clinics utilize our sizing sets or physical evaluation samples prior to placing commercial bulk orders.
